Before iOS 26 (maybe even before iOS 18), when I created an appointment on my Exchange calendar (with a 15-minute alert by default), iOS automatically created a second "time to leave" alert. Now, it seems that iOS disables the 15-minute alert or replaces the 15-minute alert with a "time to leave" alert (which then doesn't trigger). All of the corresponding settings are enabled. Has this been anyone else's experience?
