hi, my iPod Touch (Second Generation) won't start. it freezes daily, and when it does i do the reset (home and top button together) and it turns off, but then will not turn back on for a while, and i would have to keep holding down the reset buttons or even just the button to turn it on until it finally turned on. yesterday, it didn't turn on until an hour later. today, it's been over two hours and it still hasn't turned on. i'm confused at why it just won't work?
it's NOT jailbroken, it's a brand new iPod. i haven't had it a month. i've plugged it in to the computer, my 360 Elite, even a wall charger which is a direct power source. please help? i don't really want to call apple.. because they'll want me to send it in. i did that before with my first Touch.. which i got in july. and then they sent me this one. so i don't want another new iPod.
if someone could help me, that would be great.
