Been thinking of purchasing a 2nd hand 20" ACD. They seem to be fetching around the £175 mark for a decent one. Is it a worthwhile purchase at that money?

Yes.



They are fantastic screens and I would recommend one to anyone. See if you can get one just a tiny bit cheaper though.

If you don; care about looks or want more inputs look for used 2005fpw's. Those are guaranteed to use the same exact panel as the acd and there are tons under $200 on ebay and i don;t believe had antiglare coating issues many seem to complain about (I personally think their a bit picky) but maybe their units were different than the ones i viewed.

Wish I could, the last few decent ones on ebay seem to be fetching over £200 at the moment
