Second hand Ipad 2 thru Parcel2Go.... Good idea ??

I know its not directly related to the technical part of the Ipad, but i have a question to you guys.
Im an exchange student from denmark staying in USA, and want to buy a second hand ipad 2 for a good offer. I found a 64Gb 3G Ipad 2 for 400$, the seller have sent me pictures and offers me to ship thru Parcel2Go "third party", that will alow me to evaluate the unit, before the seller got payed.

Im not familiar with that way of dealing.... would you do it ??

I have ben in contact with the seller, and she seems reliable, and gives quick detailed answers.

I just didnt know how the second hand price for Ipad 2 in the US. In denmark it is almost the same as retail price
