Hi Guys !

I would like to kindly ask you for some hints, since i have no clue what is happening here.
For sure, we are speaking about old "MacMini Server Late 2012" with i7, 16GB RAM. Im using the device headless as HomeServer, SmartHome controller, etc... so it is absolutely enough or maybe still bit overkill for the upper mentioned purpose. No need for upgrade here.
I made month ago some maintenance incl. repasting and installing replacing one 128GB SSD with TWO Verbatim SI550, 512GB SSDs. Both drives are (was) fully new, unusued.
The issue im facing is, that "one" drive reaches cca 2.0MB/s write speed ! Read speed is fine, also the second drive works as should. Today i decided to replace the SATA flex cables in case of fault, again, unused, new cables. Result is the same. Im running 10.15.7 Catalina, both drives are formatted as AFPS. Since this issues appeared more as month ago, i went through 3versions of OS (backwards), with same result. What i also noticed during tests with 10.14. Mojave, that some files-folders DISAPPEARED from the "slow" SSD. It doesnt happened with Catalina.

Do you have guys maybe any other clue as "write" fault on new SSD ?

Thank you very much !

The "slow" drive may be defective. I would try swapping the drives' locations to prove it.

UPDATE :

Issue solved by "sudo trimforce enable"

Read/write on both ssd-s nearly max possible, around 450MB/s-500MB/s
