second itunes account

I have my itunes account set up on my external hard drive due to a lot of pics and video on my itunes. I want to set up another itunes with just my music on my laptop. Is this possible. If so, how?

Hold the Option key while you launch iTunes and create a new library. By the way, it's not a second iTunes account, which would be used to access the iTunes store. It's a second library.
