Second wave countries scheduled for October 18th?

A lot of rumours are fuzzing in Denmark for the release date October 18th.

CEO of Humac (Denmark's biggest Apple reseller) have guessed October 18th. It is not known wether he have gotten any signs or words from apple though.

Humac has officially announced the iPhone 5c 16 gb White for tomorrow in newsletters. At least in Denmark.

Here in Belgium (pretty sure it is part of the second wave countries), we have a few stores selling 5c's (bought in France or Germany) but for up to 100€ over the normal price. Also, when asked about the 5S, a premium Apple reseller said they'd probably have them by the end of October. Other than that, absolutely nothing else.

For curiosity's sake, I've checked some physical Apple Stores, and until some days ago they were selling the iPhone 5 at a discounted price - probably till the end of their stock. Right now, only 8 GB 4S are being offered, and of course employees haven't been able to hint to any date.
