Immediately after updating to 10.9.2, I noticed there's an issue with secondary-click menus. Secondary (right) click on my desktop shows the menu but almost all items are missing (see picture below, only the New Folder and Get Info options appear). Clicking in a Finder windows does nothing at all. This happens on all my Macs no matter if I use mouse or trackpad.

I am experiencing the exact same bug.
Menu only displays options New Folder and Get Info when right-clicking on desktop.
I also seem to be missing a couple of options when i right click on a file/folder as shown in image.

Ok, I have found out it was caused by TotalFinder. There's already an update out that solves this, so update TotalFinder and you should be fine too.
