Hi,
I am using Mac OS X Tiger and can't get my secondary e-mail account to send mail to my desktop email (using Mail client). I have set the account up exactly as I did the primary account. However, when I send test mail to my secondary account, it ONLY goes to my Web Mail. Before switching to Comcast, I had AT&T and had this exact same problem. After long hours and many calls to tech support, it was resolved, but I don't know what they did.

So to recap: my test email to my secondary account only goes to my Web Mail, but does not come into my Mail client.
The primary account is working fine. I have had a ticket with Comcast Tech Support for 5 days, but no help from them as yet. The tech said that it was not a server issue since the email was appearing on the web mail. Also said that Mac Mail might be corrupt.

Can someone please help. Thanks in advance.
