Secondary hard drive not sleeping

So, I have a MacBook Pro 15.4" 2012, and OWC Data Doubler with the HDD in the original slot and the SSD in the Data Doubler.

I have Mac running from the Optibay and the original HDD isn't sleeping, so it's constantly spinning and wasting valuable battery life.

I'm at 2:40 with 100% battery remaining, I've used 'sudo fs_usage -w | grep' and it show nothing using the HDD.

Any advice?
