Hey,

I was pissed of the multimonitor support of OS X and decided to develop a little tool to make my life more comfortable.
SecondBar adds a menubar to a monitor attached to your mac so you don't always have to go back to the mainscreen if you want to use the applications menu.

The tool is in very alpha state and has many glitches, but in order to make it work good I need people who use it and can report the bugs.

While in alpha state SecondBar is only available for Snow Leopard. You can download the latest version at http://blog.boastr.net

If you want to use it with firefox you have to get a nightly build of firefox, because the officialversion has a bug which makes it impossible for secondbar to work properly.
Cheers

new version, now leopard is supported (but still very alpha state)

and again new version available at http://blog.boastr.net
Now with autoupdate and better button behavior. Bug reports would be great!

Is this still in "very alpha state" and, if so, how buggy is it? Seems like a cool add-on but there isn't anything recent about it on the website.

Hi,

this is a must have tool for dual monitor users. Apple schould include this in the next OSX update ;-)

I've some minor issues. Sometime's it hangs and some app's crash. I would report more details if there is a chance to get it to the next level.

Thx a lot for the good work!
