I am in EST. When I divide secondsFromGMT by 360, I get -40. Why am I not getting -5?

First of all, if you want to convert from seconds to hours you should divide by 3600, not 360. Also, are you on daylight savings time? I believe EST is 5 hours behind GMT on standard time, and 4 hours behind during daylight savings time.
