Section/Subsection Headings Gone MIA

On an iPhone 5/iOS 8.0> Settings:

I no longer have the Section/Subsection Headings as I did with iOS 7.x.

As an example: in the space between "Personal Hotspot" and "Notifications", there is just a grey spacer (with no text). The same is true between "Do Not Disturb" and "General" [ad nauseam].

Is this a bug or moi. And if it is moi, is there a fix?

Drat. I now must divine how to blame my wife for my stupidity...

Still, I wonder the purpose for the "dividers" and the rationale for their organization.

Have you insight (or guesses) to such?
