Sectional DVD Ripping

Hey. I'm trying to take home movies on DVDs and I want to rip certain sections. Not chapters, but 5-15 second clips.
Any programs that will let me select sections to rip?

cinematize pro will allow you to read your DVDs by chapter and then choose smaller sections based on time. works well. great app.
