I am wondering if anyone has any thoughts on best practices to access OS X while on a work (Windows) PC? I am well aware of ssh tunneling, VPN, VNC, etc. I am wondering if anyone has any nifty programs that do the following:

1) Make it relatively painless to connect (e.g. not worrying about dynDNS or a static IP)
2) Cross-platform (client will need to run on a Windows PC)
3) Is secure from the client side.

I am not doing anything untoward, I would just prefer my work IT not be able to access my personal computer. I am aware keyloggers could be installed (but do not believe they are). Ideally I'd love a solution that allows VNC but using a OTP or token (via Google authenticator) to access my Mac.

Screens looked promising until I realized that it basically creates a VPN tunnel that raises security concerns on the client side.

tl;dr Anyone who accesses their home Mac in a possibly monitored/shared work environment have any good recommendations on how they do this?

Thanks!!
