Security Of Copy And Paste, & Deleting Of ?

Hello,

Will do some experiments, but would first like
to ask all you folks who are experts with this.
I'm not. (is this the "best" sub-forum for this ?)

If I do a copy and paste from one document to another, and both are password
protected (either with the same Password, or different ones),
what happens with the text that I copied ?

Is it, also, protected, or just deleted automatically, or...?

I see that I also have a program called Copy Clip.
I think, but am not sure, that this is an "extra" program I probably installed
a few years back.
Would this be handled differently from the built-in mac copy and paste ?

If someone could explain how I can be sure that whatever I copy is (automatically)
deleted, would be appreciated.
