Hello everyone,

I have my mac mini connected to a network and have my Security Firewall setting to "set access for specific services and applications" and allow incoming connections for specific applications, yet when I launch these applications OSX is asking me if I want to allow incoming network connections!

Any idea why this is happening? I thought I set it to allow incoming connections for these applications?! Whats worse, is sometimes the OS will not ask me if I want to allow incoming network connections for an application I launch, and in order to have it ask (and me say yes) I need to restart my mac!

This is becoming a major pain in the butt! Anyone have any advice? I'm running OS 10.5.8.

Thanks in advance for your help and reply!
