Security question. Unknown popup talking about security

Today I got the following image popping up upon rebooting:

Running 13.2.1 on my M1 Mini.
No idea whatsoever of what it's about.
How can I reconstruct what's triggering/has triggered this?
Looks mildly suspicious (have clicked OK).

It's most likely from the MEGASync app

I have a Mega account but am not currently using it, so I haven't seen this message pop up. But thank you so much for posting this so I can file it away in my mental Rolodex for the future.
