Security Update Developer Beta 2016-002 10.11.6

So I got this as an update to install, I'm kinda looking for the change log or the docs for this but seems I can't seem to find any, 10.11.6 has been running great here on my 2010 Mac Mini and I really don't want to jeopardize that. If anyone has any details on it that would be awesome...(I do have a dev account and I cant seem to find anything related to this update and the provided link from Apple for this update does not show anything to what has been fixed.)

Installed it on my Mac Pro 4,1 tower. It runs well BUT has broken the Nvidia Web Driver again for non Apple supported Nvidia graphic cards.
