~sedna presenter 'news channel' look (Digital Signage)

We are looking at purchasing ~sedna presenter to use in our school for our television systems. It's purpose is to be playing videos, show the date and time, as well as have scrolling text. However, we would like to expand it to create a news channel look, similar to CP24 in Toronto, with weather, and multiple text scrolls. I have tried importing weather information using HTML, but as of now, have had no success. Is there any other way that someone would know how to do it. The thought would be to have it update automatically, since the mac running the scheduler would only be touched to add new content to the playlist. Any help would be appreciated, or other signage programs for mac that would do what we are looking for.
