So in a general day I take the dog out for a walk, go to the gym and have a swim too - Is there any way /app to see all these easily on my iPad, iPhone or Apple Watch as I record them on my Apple watch using the workout function.....

The fitness app on your phone and iPad will show them all on the main screen. They do on mine anyway.
For some reason I forgot all about the fitness app as I never bother with the ring stuff and forgot it includes workouts !
