when I open the Applications folder via the Dock, I suddenly see double icons for all stock Apple apps. See screenshot. not sure of cause - started to see this after a reboot and a subsequent reboot does not resolve. When I open the Applications folder via Finder there are no issues. Launching either of the double icons also works.

All of the apps I downloaded myself are showing correctly as one icon. Any ideas? I'm on latest Seqouia 15.2

Right-click on the Applications folder in the Dock and change the "Display as" to "Stack" and change "Sort by" to "Kind". Do you still see double icons? If not, change "Display as" back to "Folder" and "Sort by" back to "Name. Are the double icons gone?
