Recently, I run out of my disk. Core dump in /cores occupied most space in my OSX. After clean it, I save much space. But I don't feel like to delete them manually each time, running commands in terminal. Is there an free tool to help me out.

I also found some app occupy too much cache or unnecessary files such as iTune. I also need an easy way to clean them out.

Any recommendation?

I've been a fan of CCleaner ever since i was using Windows many years ago.
Glad they have the mac version and it does the job well of cleaning up the trash, temporary internet files etc.

Also use AppCleaner when uninstalling any applications to ensure that it removes other related files outside the Applications folder.

Well I like the Free/Donation ware application YASU.

Plus if you "upgraded" your Mac consider running the free EtreCheck and what turns up in red will be incompatible and will show you the path to delete/upgrade the errant daemon, then reboot.
