I'm quadriplegic and only really have use of my right hand. Using the built-in accessibility feature Sticky Keys, I'm able to type quite quickly. (I also use MacSpeech's Dictate - previously known as iListen - for dictating longer documents.) Anyway, I've come across a few games that I eally enjoy, but that, at times, require you to hold down a letter or number key while also clicking or moving the mouse - essentially making the alphanumerics into modifier keys. The problem is that with one hand, that's nearly impossible. So I'm looking for a utility that will basically sticky-key my whole keyboard when it's activated. (If you're not familiar, Sticky Keys makes it so that you don't have to hold down a modifier key while pressing a letter/number. So to type "I," you hit Shift, then the letter I. If you press the modifier key twice, it will stay active until you click it again to turn it off.)

Any suggestions?
