Seeking Independent Apple Watch Tech

Looking for a very capable Apple independent watch tech who can disassemble and reassemble a series 3 watch successfully. I have a unique situation that requires placing the internals from one watch into another watch. I had the case of my old watch customized by a jeweler who removed the internals (required to do the customization). Unfortunately he was not able to successfully reassemble the watch (he thought he could). Apple will not assist with this as no one - other than them - are supposed to disassemble, modify, customize or do anything with their watches. I have a new series 3 watch and the broken customized watch. How do I get the working internals into the broken watch's case? Not willing to just let anyone give this a try as I could end up with a second non working watch.
