Sega Genesis Emulator help

i just installed the emulator through installer....but to get roms it says to upload them to /var/root/Media/ROMs/GENESIS....but i have no clue how to do this....any help????

Can't create new folder

In a few of those vids it says to make a new folder in the ROMs folder of the mobile finder media folder of the iphone. when i click create, and folder nothing happens. Any clues why?
