Seidio SURFACE slider case - Flash washing out pictures?

Seidio Incase slider.

I bought this case and I love it... The description says the case doesn't hurt photo quality but I noticed all pictures I take with a flash look foggy... Like the light is washing the pictures out.

When i take the case off it is fine.

Is this a problem with the specific case I have or a problem with this type of case?

I know this is a semi popular case so I figured I would ask for people who have used it.

I am using it on the 4S.
