I am looking to improve various habits with the coming of 2015; exercise, good eating and the like
Ive been reading up on the Seinfeld method in which on keeps a track of each day in which a goal is met, and the psychological reinforcement of not wishing to break that streak will help that habit to development.
My main requirements are being optimised for iPhone 6, a flat iOS7-like design and ideally a notification centre widget. Id rather not pay over about £5 for said app (and Id like it to be free if possible)
