Selective iCal iCloud syncing?

Does anyone know a way to selectively sync iCal appointments one way, e.g., from a work mac to a home mac?

I want to all my appointments from my work computer using iCal to show up on my home mac and iPhone. I have iCloud set up for my home mac and iPhone. I don't want to use the same iCloud account for the work machine, because I don't want all my personal appointments, contacts, etc. on my work machine.

I just want my work appointments to show up in my home mac and iPhone.
