Selective Time Machine Backup via Time Capsule, help!!

Hi guys!

I wanna backup my imac using time machine with my time capsule. I have a big (100 GB) encrypted dmg which is backupped as a whole everytime a little file in it is changed. So it doesn´t backup just the differences it attempts to backup the whole dmg. Can I change in the preferences that time capsule only backups the rest of my computer and leave the dmg alone?
