Self Quiz programs

Hey, Im studying a lanugage at uni and am looking for a self quiz program (muilti choice). Would be a bonus if i could also use images as questions (charicters).

I did this kind of stuff using delphi at school but am after something quicker.

Also if there was some way of intergrating this with my ipod (video) that would be great.
