Self signed certificate webpages always blank

I want to go to local pages like my pfSense router page bug it’s white. I can’t get to any site with self signed certificates. I tried disabling all content blockers an extensions.

This site shows white too: https://self-signed.badssl.com/

Why does this happen? What can I do?
