have a ipad mini and galaxy note 1 . i have two options .
sell mini to raise funds for iphone 5S or Wait till Retina mini comes out

Can you afford to spend $90-100 per month for your iphone bill for the next 2 years? The initial cost of the iphone is the cheap part of the deal.

If the mini 2 doesn't have retina, will you still want it? If I had a mini, I think I would skip the mini 2, and buy the mini 3 (which will be the first retina mini IMHO). Sort of like Ipad1, Ipad2, Ipad3 (retina)... which is what I did.
