Selling 1st gen MBA to secondhand shop for $300CAD...is it a good deal?

brought it for 11 months...decided it is TOO SLOW..so im planning to switch to MBP...

1.6 GHz Core2Duo
2GB ram
80GB solid state

worth it for $300CAD??

and a side question, when does back to school promo usually start?

On ebay people are trying to get $800.00 but there are no takers. I see one at $350.00 and they are fighting over it enough for me to think that in 2 days it will make to $500.00. I know I wouldn't let one go that low but I don't need the money so I can wait it out but I don't know how badly you need to sell. It is a buyers market whan it comes to Airs. Your 1.6 is not even on Apples refurbished listing.

Hey I had a MBA 1 gen 1.6 ghz with 80G regular hard drive.
and just last week I sold it on ebay for $829(USD)
So I guess it worth more than that.
