So Cal....
Selling my coworker my 24" iMac (early 2009) and purchasing a 13" MacBook Pro 2.44GHz because I need something thats portable but I have a few concerns:

I do a lot of video editing with Final Cut Pro and photo editing with Photoshop and Light room. I looked at the specs for the 13" 2.44GHz MacBook Pro, but not sure if I will have problems while in Im in the middle of a project. Should I consider the i7 2.8CHz MacBook Pro instead?

Sorry if posted in the wrong section.

I would be more concerned about switching a project to a new computer than the specs for either of those machines.

Im trying to finish my projects before I sell. Maybe my question wasnt clear. I just want to know if the 2.44GHz MacBook Pro is gonna be enough power to do my video and photo editing.

LOL, maybe thats what I should have written on the original post instead of the long story. :)

Yes, it will be plenty of power.
