Im thinking of selling my 3G on eBay or whatever to put the money towards the 3GS but worried that ill end up getting in trouble with 02 for some stupid reason. I know they will never be able to know ive sold it, but is there any reason i shouldnt sell my 3G?

Thanks in advance guys and girls!

You're fine. All o2 care about is that they have your money for the phone originally and that you're paying your dues to them every month. You could be using your gran's old monochrome Nokia for all they care ;) I'm doing exactly the same thing, selling my 3G to fund a 3GS. Just have to decide whether to go with hassle of ebay and more money or envirofone or the like for less money but less hassle.

you own it! Do what ever you darn please!

(that said, things like jailbreaking with get you in warranty trouble, but not legal trouble...as of now)
