Hi there, i was hoping for some advice here...my beautiful precious iphone 4s was stolen 2 weeks ago...i had insurance for and filed a claim...they told me i would get it within that week but that never happened and they took forever so I ended cancelling my claim since the iphone 5 was coming out i figured i would use my $199 deductible on a new iphone5 ...stupid people I called twice to confirm that they cancelled my claim and both times they said yes and that they would not ship me the replacement iphone...well today they shipped out the replacement iphone and its going to be delivered tomorrow..now, I can return it back to them but I can also keep it and use it untill i get the new Iphone 5 which would be end of next week...I can sell the replacement without a problem right?? Or should I just return it to the insurance company and they will just return my $199 ?? All i'm afriad of is that they have no clue what they are doing (obviously since they never cancelled my claim) and say I never returned a phone and they screw me over again...some advice please?!? Thanks!!
