Selling a iphone 4

At the moment I have a 16gb iphone 4 which is still under contract for another 10 months with Vodafone.

looking to sell it and get a iphone 5 on release or shortly after.

when is the best time to sell in your opinions now or soon has the new model is announced.

when is it likely to go down in value when the announcement comes or when the 5 is released

I'm thinking of doing the same myself. I think I'll put it up once I've got the new one, then I don't have to make do without at any point. I can't imagine there being a massive difference in the going price either way, they appear to hold their value fairly well.
