Selling an iMac: How much to ask

I have a 2010 iMac base 21.5" i3 500GB model. What is the best way to sell it and how much do you think it is worth? I am thinking craigslist to avoid shipping.

How much would selling it with programs like Photoshop and Rosetta Stone Spanish pre-installed add to the value if anything? (Assuming someone wants these programs)

Also, what is the best way to wipe my computer and still keep these programs?

As a starting point, you can check Mac2Sell, eBay, or Amazon for prices of similar models, to get an idea of what you may be able to charge. Then adjust your price to account for condition, configuration, remaining AppleCare coverage (if any), etc.
