Selling an iMac - How to prepare it?

Not sure I'm in the right area, but I have a late 09 27 iMac with 8gb ram. Perfect condition and planning on selling it on craigslist. What is a decent price?

Or should I just keep it and not upgrade?

If I do sell it, how do I prepare it for sale? I will have my back ups and will copy data over, but how do you reset things?

I believe your iMac came with Snow Leopard. Here is (Mac OS X v10.6 Snow Leopard: How to Erase and Install) directly from Apple. Your iMac should have come with grey install disc. Very easy to do.

As for what it is worth, check on Ebay completed sales, Craigslist or Mac2Sell for an idea of what it sells for.
