Selling an iPhone Questions

Hello I am selling my iphone 5 this week and I was wondering when I sell it what should I delete off my phone?

I am meeting someone in a public place to give it to them, but I am afraid that the person may not show up. I use the phone myself currently and do not want to delete everything just in case the person does not show up I want to continue using my phone. Hopefully that makes sense. Please let me know what I should do. thanks

Once they show up and decide to buy the phone then all you need to do is go to your settings > icloud and turn off find my iphone. Then go to settings > General > Reset > Erase all Data and Contents. Remove the sim as well.

also what phone do you think has the best camera? i see you have had a lot different phones

can you rank these phones in terms of how good the cameras are overall:
