selling first gen, restore help

First I was going to just sell the phone as is since whoever stick a sim card into the phone should be able to start using it right away.

But I am concerned they might go on app store and buy a load of stuff -- even though I never do. So I guess the only way is to restore it and so next time when they buy it they can start over that "plug in" process again right?

My phone is already unlocked/jb, so what do I do?

I heard I just use quickpwn and do it again, but what is the exact procedure?

Also, I dont have to switch out mobileinstallation again right?

You should restore the phone to remove all of your personal information, including contacts, etc.
