Selling for parts

Hey members,

How much is a mid 2010 macbook pro 13" worth? It has water damage and I've already bought a retina 13" so its time to say goodbye to the old one. A guy on craigslist who repairs offered me $50 cash for it. Can I get more by making my own craigslist post or trying to sell it on eBay?

Forgot to mention, it has water damage and a technician said it would need a new logic board. Everything else is in good condition including the battery

Sell it on your own on eBay and you'll get way more than $50.

I spilled a protein shake on my Early 2011 MBP earlier this year and listed it on eBay (without a hard drive) and got $300 for it.

water damaged macs go for good money on ebay. I sold my 15" MBP mid2012 for 700, and it needed a new logic board
