Looking to purchase new Mac Pro or iMac when they are announced, so I want to sell this week or next week.

Specs:

2.4 GHz Core 2 Duo
4GB RAM 800MHz DDR2 (Upgraded from 2)
ATI Radeon HD 2400 XT 128MB, 250GB HDD
Running 10.7.4

Any suggestions as what I should be asking for it? Never had any problems with it over the past 4 years I've been using it.

Thanks for the feedback!

I recently got my 2009 20" iMac 2.66GHz C2D with 320GB HDD and 8GB RAM checked and what I noticed that the majority of the offers I received were between $650-$800. I also have the original box and accessories and all is in excellent condition. So you should be able to expect at the most $600 but more than likely around $500. I hope this helps.

As a starting point, you can check Mac2Sell, eBay, or Amazon for prices of similar models, to get an idea of what you may be able to charge. Then adjust your price to account for condition, configuration, remaining AppleCare coverage (if any), etc.

Ok, I'll do that.

I've upgraded to Lion, what is the best way to remove all of my personal data without having to reset it back to Leopard?
