Hello Hope you can help

I am selling my iphone 8gb 2g on ebay. I have had it for a while but upgraded to a 3g a while back. I kept my 2g phone for my girlfriend and she used it with with a gold number sim (ending in 999) for a while. Funily enough she never used the phone for calls, justfor surfing the net and for the apps store (she shared the Itunes account with me.

My question is, that selling the iphone, with the sim. how can I de-register the gold sim from the ituns account so that the new user won't have access to he apps that i have paid for etc...

Any advice greatly appreciated.

Not sure what you mean by a "gold number SIM" but all you should have to do is go to Settings-->General-->Reset and select Erase All Content and Settings. Then you connect to your machine to load the firmware back on but don't set up the phone at all.
