Selling iPhone 3GS, need tips/info

I plan on selling my iPhone 3GS and it's currently on 3.1.2 jailbroken & unlocked. Is there anyway I can format my iPhone (remove all my information) and still have it jailbroken & unlocked for resale? Also is there any specific tips to selling it on eBay? Thanks for the help people

Couldn't you just re-jailbrake it with a fresh install? if not then you would have to restore in itunes and jailbrake again.

I just sold my iPhone on eBay. My tips are to make sure its unlocked and offer worldwide shipping excluding Nigeria.

There is a lot of demand around the world for unlocked iPhones so you will get a good price for it.

Also state if your iPhone still has a warranty (if less than a year old)
