Hi All

I'm a tourist visiting Canada/USA, currently in Canada. Right now I can walk into a Canadian Apple Store and buy an iPhone 4 unlocked, however the price in the US is less...but is the unlocked iPhone 4 actually being sold in Apple Stores in the US yet (specifically interested in Las Vegas or SF)? Thanks.

Did you figure in sales tax of 9.5% for SF? Actually dropped by the Union Square Apple store in SF this afternoon and they are already out of stock of all unlocked phones.

I bought mine factory unlock at an Apple store here in Miami, Florida at Dadeland Mall and they are been sold like hotcakes. I got mine two days ago. The sales tax in Miami-Dade County is 7% and the price of the 32GB black version is $749 (eight Benjamins with tax included). It's a high price to pay for getting a factory unlocked unit.
