Selling iPhone 4S Question?

I have a few quick questions about selling my iPhone 4S to prep for the 5. Is there anything I have to do AT&T wise to "deactivate" my phone so that another customer can activate it on their service or is it as simple as just restoring and taking out my sim card.

Do a full factory reset and remove your sim.

The new owner will need to activate the phone for themselves.
