I am on a family plan with 2 lines, both are iPhone 5. I am eligible for an upgrade on my own line (the owner of the whole account) and want to sell the new iPhone 5 I (will) get. I've read multiple threads on this and see many different answers, and nothing is straight forward or super up-to-date.
If I want to use my upgrade and sell the new iPhone 5, how do I go about selling this so the buyer does not have an issue activating their new phone, and I keep my current iPhone 5 in the end?
