Selling iPhone and Upgrading (Verizon)

Could someone tell me the steps I will need to take in order to sell my iPhone 4 and upgrade to the iPhone 5? I'll preorder and upgrade to the iPhone 5 and then what happens to my old iPhone 4? Will it be set to sell after that? Thanks

I can only speak of my Iphone4 32.
Gazelle.com has quoted me $180 in Amazon GC
Apple has a recycle program which offered me the
same amount, but in Apple GC.

Depends on condition (which you answer a few questions, but they have final word). I would image your 16 would be a bit less. You wipe it, remove the Sim card and send it in.
